Dear Gov. Hochul, Senator Schumer, Senator Gillibrand, and Mayor Adams:

We are New Yorkers.

Over the last few years, New York City has seen a drastic increase of poeple without housing. There are more than 45,000 people without housing in New York City. This greatly affects everyone in our city. We are demanding immediate atteniong to this public health and safety crisis. Mayor Adams cut public funding for homelessness by $615 Million dollars since taking office in January 2022 and we want that back! We also want action taken immediately to help place those without homes and to clean up the city.
